What is the Garden Mill Studio?
The Garden Mill Studio in Kingsbridge is the workshop space of creative friends Anna Ventura Artist & Ceramicist and Laura Winser, maker behind local brand Fionn & Rose. Here we develop our creative practise, exploring their interests to create ranges of Arts & Crafts for sale. Find our latest makes for SALE.
We both have a disability, Laura developed acute hearing loss (Menieres) and found solace in making, as did I (Anna – I make ceramics and sketches to keep dexterity and cognitive loss at bay). But above all, being creative improves our mental health and positivity to tackle motherhood, work and our personal battles with deteriorating health conditions.
